Why replace your EB-7 battery?
Lithium-ion packs lose usable capacity over time. If your EB-7 charges fine but range has dropped, the bike cuts out under load, or the pack won't take a full charge anymore, the cells are tired. A fresh pack restores the bike to factory range.
Local install & testing
Buying local from us means we can verify fit, install the pack, and confirm your charger and BMS are healthy before you ride off. If you're in Santa Cruz or anywhere on the Central Coast, book a service appointment and we'll take care of it.
FAQ
Will this fit my EB-7?
Yes — both the EB-7 and EB-7 Plus use the same 36V removable battery dock. If you're unsure which model you have, send us a photo of your existing battery before ordering.
What's the range?
About 15-19 miles on a full charge with mixed pedal assist and throttle, depending on rider weight and terrain. The EB-7 is a Class 2 e-bike with a 20 mph top speed.
Do I need a new charger?
No, your existing Swagtron 36V charger works with this pack. If you've lost your charger, let us know — we can source a replacement.
How do I dispose of my old battery?
Don't throw it in household trash. Drop it off with us when you pick up the new one and we'll handle proper recycling, or take it to any e-bike shop or battery recycling drop-off (Call2Recycle, Home Depot, Best Buy).
