What to expect

Book a 30-minute appointment with our team. We service all major e-bike brands — Rad, Lectric, Super73, Ride1Up, Blix, Himiway, Faraday — plus conversions, hub motors, batteries, and standard bike work.

Shop drop-off: Most repairs are same-day or next-day depending on parts.
Mobile / pickup: We come to you in the Santa Cruz area or pick up your bike for service. $100 mobile service fee covers travel and service time; parts and additional labor billed separately.
Diagnostic fee: $90 may apply to service jobs and is credited toward any repair you proceed with.
