Warranty

Our products are covered for 2 years from date of purchase in case of any damage caused by shipping or defects that emerge during that time.

Damages resulting from improper installation, wear and tear or misuse of the product are not covered under our warranty. In order to take full advantage of your warranty, please keep your proof of purchase.

In our experience, 99% of defects will make themselves known within the first year of use, if not the first day, so please rest easy knowing we will do everything we can to make sure you can enjoy our products to the fullest.

If there are any issues with your installation or anything you are unsure of, please don’t hesitate to contact us or your local bike shop to verify everything looks correct. We design our products to be easy to install at home, and we want to help you feel confident in your bike.

Return Policy

In the event you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns of new, unopened products in original packaging within a 14 day window of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at support@temperbike.com. Any returns we receive without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to retain a restocking fee if there is any damage to the returned products, and customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Our return policy is not a “try before you buy” system. Please reach out to us ahead of purchasing if you have any questions about our products if you have concerns about whether or not they are a good fit for you.

We will not push you to buy from us and we are happy to recommend other solutions, but we are a small business that cannot afford a big-box-store “no questions asked” return policy.
