Cargo Bikes For Everyone
Install this fork on your bike to massively increase your cargo capabilities. Cargo forks turn a normal bike into a Cycle Truck — with a smaller 20" front wheel and a lower, more stable loading platform built to handle real loads.
Our fork is designed with the flexibility to fit a wide range of bikes and use cases. Here's what sets it apart:
- Adjustable Rack Angle: The rack pivots to stay level regardless of your bike's headtube angle — unlike typical cargo forks with a fixed rack.
- Two-Position Flip Chip Dropouts: Open dropouts with included inserts let you choose two axle positions, effectively increasing axle-to-crown length by +15mm in the lower position.
- Huge Tire Clearance: Fits 3"+ tires with the axle in the upper position — ideal for maximum stability under heavy loads in rough conditions.
- Variable Effective Fork Length: Combine the two axle positions with compatible tire sizes from 20×1.75" up to 20×3+" to dial in your front-end geometry and preserve the feel of your original bike.
- Modular Dropouts: Stock dropouts fit QR and bolt-on axles. The modular design can also be swapped for 12mm or 15mm thru-axle hubs.
- Cargo Mounting Points: Four sets of 3-pack mounting points — one on each fork leg and two on the underside of the rack — for water bottles, cargo cages, mini panniers, or extra batteries.
- E-Bike Ready: Designed with electrification in mind: extra-thick dropouts, motor cable routing, and dedicated battery mounting points. Pair it with our 20" Front Hub E-Bike Kit to build an electric cargo bike.
