VanMoof S3 / X3 E-Shifter PCB Replacement
An upgraded replacement PCB (printed circuit board) for the VanMoof S3 and X3 E-Shifter, manufactured by Revotronics in Germany. A third-party repair part designed to replace the failing OEM VanMoof shifter board with improved durability and reliability.
Why this part?
VanMoof's original E-Shifter PCB has a known failure rate, especially after exposure to moisture or temperature swings. With VanMoof bankrupt, OEM replacements are unavailable.

Installation

FAQ
Will this work on a VanMoof S2 or X2?
No. This board is designed specifically for the S3 and X3 E-Shifter housing. Earlier models use a different PCB layout.
Is this an official VanMoof part?
No. This is a third-party replacement made by Revotronics, designed to fit and function as a drop-in replacement for the OEM PCB. With VanMoof bankrupt, this is currently the most reliable replacement option.
Do I need any special tools?
You'll need basic electronics tools (small Phillips and Torx drivers) and a clean, well-lit workspace. The shifter housing must be opened carefully to avoid damaging the gasket or wiring.
How long does installation take?
Roughly 30–60 minutes for someone comfortable with electronics work. Add 10 min for testing.
