Blix Electric Bikes Repair & Service — Santa Cruz, CA

Blix builds some of the most practically designed commuter and cargo e-bikes on the market — integrated batteries, clean wiring, and components that hold up. We see a lot of them in Santa Cruz: the Sol on the bike path, the Packa hauling groceries, the Vika+ folded up in a car trunk.

We're a certified Blix service center and stock parts for the full lineup — Sol, Sol Eclipse, Packa, Packa Genie, Vika+, Ultra, and Aveny. When something goes wrong, we have the parts on hand to get you back out quickly. The most common issues we see are display error codes, battery capacity loss, controller faults, and the integrated lighting system losing a connection. We handle all of it in-house.
